Terry Bomier - President/Principal Broker Email	Terry graduated from UW-Madison in 1977 with a B.S. Degree and has over 24 years experience in the commercial real estate business. In 1990, Terry founded Bomier Properties Inc., which is a full service brokerage firm specializing in commercial real estate representing Northeastern Wisconsin. Terry is a member of the Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA) and is currently serving on the Public Policy Committee. He is a long standing member of the Fox Valley Chamber of Commerce, is on the FCCC Board of Directors and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of the Fox Valley. Terry has recently served as a Director of the State Association of the Board of Realtors, served on the Government Affairs Committee and chaired the Commercial Affairs Committee for the Realtor Association of Northeastern Wisconsin (RANW). He was honored in 2003 with an Excellence in Professionalism Award from RANW. Terry has also served on the Local Issues Committee for the Fox Valley Chamber of Commerce, as Neenah’s Independent Business Division Chairperson for United Way and is a past Neenah Landmark Commissioner.
Jason Gallmeier - Sales Associate Email	Jason Gallmeier joined Bomier Properties, Inc. in November 2001. During his time at Bomier he has gained a comprehensive knowledge of the commercial market working with regional and national clients throughout Northeastern Wisconsin. He is a member of the Fox Valley Realtors Association as well as the future Neenah Recruitment and Retention Committee. A graduate of St. Norbert College, Jason holds a communication degree with a minor in business. Jason is a lifelong native of the Fox Valley.
Troy Rademann – CCIM – Broker/Associate Email	After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1994 with a degree in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis, Troy started his career in commercial and industrial real estate. He joined Bomier Properties, Inc in 1997. Troy specializes in retail site selection and development and has relationships with several regional and national clients. He is a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as being an active member in the National Association of Realtors, Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin, Fox Valley Chamber of Commerce, Lakeside Evening Kiwanis and the Elks.
